Need an invitation letter to attend? 

If you need a letter of invitation for entering the USA, please send an email to bhosier@icacga.org providing the following information:

  • Full name
  • Your affiliation
  • City
  • Country
  • Email

If the letter of invitation is intended to be used as a supporting documentation for VISA requests and/or temporary immigration matters, please include:

  • Date of birth
  • Passport number

If you are presenting a poster and/or a paper, or giving a talk at the conference, please provide the corresponding title.  

Please be aware that letters of invitation will only be provided for those already registered.

REFUND POLICY

  • Replace conference attendant from your organization at any time at no charge. (Please send an email to info@icacga.org
  • Cancellations prior to June 1 will be refunded minus a $50 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations between June 1 and August 1 will be refunded 50% of the paid amount.
  • Cancellations after August 1 will not be refunded.
